Description:

Prime FM is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PRO Assistant to join its team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE visa procedures, government documentation, and PRO-related processes, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

The successful candidate will handle visa applications, Emirates ID processes, medical coordination, and government-related documentation while ensuring compliance with UAE immigration and labor regulations. Candidates with strong follow-up skills and Arabic typing ability will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete visa processes, including new applications, renewals, cancellations, and amendments.

• Handle Emirates ID applications, renewals, and cancellation procedures.

• Coordinate medical tests for new and renewed visas.

• Track visa, Emirates ID, and medical expiry dates to ensure timely renewals.

• Liaise with government authorities including ICP, GDRFA, Amer, and MOHRE for PRO-related matters.

• Prepare, review, and submit required documents accurately and on time.

• Maintain records, reports, and trackers related to visas, Emirates IDs, and medicals.

• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and immigration regulations.

• Support additional PRO and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a PRO Assistant in the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of UAE visa, Emirates ID, and medical procedures.

• Experience in tracking document expiries and managing renewals.

• Proficient in MS Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.

• Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint.

• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

• Knowledge of MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, and Amer systems is a plus.

• Arabic typing ability is required.

Strong knowledge of:

• UAE visa and immigration procedures.

• Government portals and PRO processes.

• Document management and administrative reporting.
