Ajman Academy is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and nurturing Classroom Teacher to become a key member of our Primary School team. As an innovative and forward-thinking institution, we are accredited to deliver the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) and Middle Years Programme (MYP) for Grades 6 to 8. The successful candidate will be committed to placing students at the center of learning and supporting a safe, engaging, and progressive educational environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in international school settings
- Native-level fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong understanding of age-appropriate and differentiated learning methodologies
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development and advanced ICT skills
- Awareness and respect for UAE culture
- Advantageous: Experience with PYP curriculum or teaching EAL (English as an Additional Language)
