Description:
Imagine360 is seeking a Pricing Specialist to join its fully remote team in the United States. This role focuses on maintaining accurate provider and PPO information and ensuring precise repricing of claims. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while supporting the company’s healthcare solutions and claims processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining appropriate turnaround times for assigned tasks
- Communicating professionally and timely with external vendors
- Validating and maintaining provider information and handling returned 1099s
- Identifying the need for additional information from providers or PPOs and proactively contacting them as needed
- Researching repricing appeals from PPOs and providers and ensuring accurate, timely repricing of claims
- Providing thorough follow-up with both internal and external customers
- Recognizing trends or anomalies, reporting them to leadership, and contributing to solutions
- Completing all duties as assigned and completing HIPAA training annually
Required experience and education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of related experience, preferably in health insurance claims administration or a similar field
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Skills and abilities:
- Proficiency with computers and software, including Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written, telephonic, and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize workloads, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
