General Summary
As a Pricing Manager, you will research, analyse, and shape pricing and packaging strategies for products and services. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you’ll translate market and financial insights into pricing initiatives that accelerate revenue growth and improve profitability. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide detailed research and analysis to support pricing and packaging decisions.
• Document findings and contribute to the Pricing & Packaging team with a strong attention to detail.
• Develop and execute data-driven pricing and packaging strategies to drive revenue and margin improvements.
• Model financial impacts for initiatives such as price changes, new pricing models, and alternative packaging.
• Identify trends and leading indicators that enable new monetization or optimization opportunities.
• Prepare and present recommendations to leadership and support implementation, testing, and rollout of approved initiatives.
• Manage price lists by product and keep them current.
• Mentor or review the work of junior team members when required.
• Monitor competitive and market behavior and provide timely guidance and updates.

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required

• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills to tackle complex pricing problems.
• Proven ability to run projects independently and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills — comfortable working with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and familiarity with data visualization or pricing analytics tools; experience with Generative AI tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and adaptable to new technologies and processes.
• Professional presence for internal and external interactions and events.
