Description:
Three Line Shipping is looking for a motivated Pricing Executive to join its Dubai team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in freight forwarding who can prepare competitive pricing while understanding the complete logistics process across air, sea, and road transportation.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal departments and logistics partners to develop accurate quotations, manage pricing strategies, and support business growth. Key Responsibilities:
• Source and negotiate competitive freight rates with shipping lines, airlines, transport providers, overseas agents, and logistics partners.
• Prepare accurate and commercially competitive quotations for air, sea, and road freight services.
• Manage pricing for FCL, LCL, FTL, LTL, cross-border, and multimodal shipments.
• Respond efficiently to spot inquiries, RFQs, and tender requests while meeting required deadlines.
• Review freight costs, local charges, surcharges, transit times, and rate validity before issuing quotations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Customs, and Finance teams to deliver complete logistics solutions.
• Maintain updated pricing databases, vendor tariffs, and rate sheets.
• Monitor market trends, trade lanes, carrier performance, quotation success rates, and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners, carriers, and service providers.
• Support sales initiatives by developing effective pricing strategies for new and existing business opportunities.
• Ensure all quotations clearly include pricing terms, validity periods, inclusions, exclusions, and applicable conditions.
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of pricing experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of export pricing for air, sea, and road freight.
• Good understanding of Incoterms, customs procedures, freight documentation, and GCC cross-border logistics.
• Knowledge of the UAE and GCC freight markets is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and cost calculation skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and time management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple pricing requests while meeting tight deadlines.
Strong knowledge of:
• Air, sea, and road freight pricing
• Incoterms and customs documentation
• UAE & GCC freight market operations
