Description:

Ferguson is seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Coordinator to support its pricing operations, with a focus on master list prices and vendor quotes. The role involves working with pricing information from multiple sources, maintaining accurate vendor data, and supporting pricing decisions across the organization.

The successful candidate will collaborate with vendors, analysts, sales, and operations teams to implement pricing updates accurately and on schedule. Strong organizational skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation and organization of list pricing information from various sources.

• Prepare pricing reports, project materials, and presentations to support business decisions.

• Research pricing analysis methods, industry developments, and best practices.

• Gather, validate, and implement list prices for strategic and non-strategic vendors.

• Communicate with vendors to ensure pricing updates are implemented accurately and on time.

• Work with analysts to maintain and improve master list pricing processes.

• Maintain organized records of vendor information and pricing documentation.

• Enter, manage, and update Vendor Quotes through CORE claim-back contracts received from branch locations.

• Maintain effective communication with sales, operations, and other internal departments.

Requirements:

• 2 or more years of experience applying basic pricing principles, preferably within a distribution environment.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and process-oriented approach.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Creative and practical approach to developing solutions.

Strong knowledge of:

• Microsoft Excel and pricing data management.

• Pricing principles and analysis.

• Vendor quotes and pricing documentation.

• Data validation, reporting, and process coordination.
