[Job Title: Pricing and Customer Service Executive
Green Vision Logistics is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pricing and Customer Service Executive (Female) to join our team in Dubai. This role combines competitive pricing management with high-quality customer service across both international freight forwarding and express courier operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source competitive rates from carriers, courier partners, and agents across air, sea, road, and courier services.
  • Prepare and deliver precise quotations for freight (LCL/FCL/air/road) and courier shipments (domestic and international).
  • Maintain updated rate databases, tariffs, and profit margin tracking tools.
  • Assist sales teams with pricing proposals, special rate negotiations, and client queries.
  • Handle inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups from customers to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Provide regular shipment updates, transit times, and delivery confirmations to clients.
  • Resolve service-related issues, delays, and customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely execution of shipments.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and documentation teams to align pricing with service quality.
  • Manage freight and courier bookings and track shipments for timely delivery.
  • Monitor KPIs, including quote response times, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Submit reports detailing pricing performance and customer service outcomes.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of freight forwarding (air, ocean, road) and courier logistics.
  • Skilled in negotiating rates with carriers and courier partners.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficient in Excel and analytical tasks.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms, customs clearance processes, and delivery networks.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time-sensitive requests effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Management.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding.
  • Familiarity with CargoWise, TMS, or courier booking platforms (DHL, FedEx, Aramex, etc.).
