About The Role:

The Premium Reconciliation Specialist II is responsible for reconciling list bill and direct bill payments while assisting in the resolution of billing issues. This role ensures accurate processing of payments and supports internal and external customer inquiries related to billing.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Reconcile multiple client or policy premium payments across locations, products, and carriers/vendors
  • Research and resolve various billing issues and discrepancies in suspense accounts
  • Enter high volumes of billing updates into appropriate systems (e.g., Dynamic cases, legacy product updates)
  • Analyze and respond to diverse billing inquiries from internal teams and external customers
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new team members as needed

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2–4 years of related experience in reconciliation, billing, or finance
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment

Compensation:

  • Hourly rate: $20.17 – $33.63
  • Final salary will depend on factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and skill set
  • Eligible for bonus based on role and performance
