Description:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Engineer specializing in ICT and ELV Systems to support the development of innovative technology solutions across a wide range of projects in the UAE. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise and commercial understanding to assist the sales team in delivering customized solutions that meet client requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing integrated ICT and ELV systems, preparing technical and commercial proposals, conducting site assessments, and collaborating with vendors and stakeholders. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to critical infrastructure, smart building projects, and large-scale developments while working in a dynamic and growing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in client meetings, technical presentations, and solution discussions alongside the sales team
• Analyze customer requirements and develop effective ICT and ELV system solutions
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, tender documentation, and compliance reports
• Design integrated systems including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, VMS, ANPR, IDS/PIDS, Public Address, AV, Wi-Fi, and BMS integrations
• Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and technical assessments
• Perform cost estimation, value engineering exercises, and vendor coordination activities
• Develop system architecture diagrams, network topology designs, and technical documentation
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution briefings to clients
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, IT, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related discipline
• 2–4 years of experience in ICT/ELV pre-sales, estimation, or system design
• Strong understanding of UAE market standards, authority regulations, and project requirements
• Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple bids, tenders, and project opportunities simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of:
