We are currently hiring a Pre-Opening Sales Manager – Memberships for a short-term, pre-launch engagement. This role is centered around selling a luxury experience rather than just standard memberships, targeting an exclusive clientele base in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations:
• Drive pre-opening membership sales for an exclusive luxury wellness concept
• Represent SACRA Dubai within premium hospitality and wellness circles
• Engage directly with high-net-worth individuals and elite clientele
• Present and position memberships as a luxury lifestyle experience, not a commodity
• Build strong trust-based relationships that convert into long-term memberships
• Work independently with full ownership of sales targets and outcomes
• Maintain a polished, professional, and refined client-facing approach at all times
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Proven experience selling luxury wellness, spa, fitness, or lifestyle memberships in the UAE
• Strong existing network within Dubai’s premium hospitality or wellness sector
• Confident, self-driven, and highly motivated by performance-based earnings
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with a premium service mindset
• Female candidates are preferred for this role
