Description:

Delhi Private School, Ras Al Khaimah (DPS RAK) is seeking a passionate and qualified Pre-KG Teacher to join its early years education team. The ideal candidate should have experience in early childhood education and a strong ability to create engaging, child-centered learning environments.

The selected candidate will deliver creative lessons based on CBSE, EYFS, and activity-based learning approaches while supporting children’s academic, social, and emotional development. Candidates must currently reside in the UAE and be available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver creative, theme-based early childhood lessons focused on literacy, junior mathematics, and arts.

• Encourage future-readiness skills including collaboration, decision-making, and critical thinking through structured play.

• Create a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment using child-centered teaching methods.

• Track and document student development milestones.

• Maintain positive communication with parents regarding student progress.

• Support classroom activities and early years learning initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, B.Ed, or a relevant degree with CACHE Level 3+ / Montessori Certification.

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a Pre-KG / Kindergarten setting.

• CBSE or international teaching experience is preferred.

• Degrees must be fully attested with a UAE MOE Equivalency Certificate or in the final stages of processing.

• Active registration or readiness to sit for the UAE Teacher Licensing System (TLS) assessments.

• Native or highly fluent English communication skills.

• IELTS 6.5+ for non-native English speakers.

• Must be currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Early childhood teaching methods.

• Phonics instruction and storytelling techniques.

• Classroom management and child-centered learning approaches.
