Description:
Join Aledade as a Practice Support Specialist and play a pivotal role in supporting independent healthcare practices to deliver exceptional patient care. This remote position requires tackling complex technical challenges and becoming a trusted problem solver for healthcare providers. You’ll work deeply with healthcare technology systems, troubleshoot data flows, resolve connectivity issues, and directly impact the efficiency of medical practices.

Primary Duties:

  • Assist customers with technical issues beyond standard analyst scope
  • Troubleshoot tickets requiring in-depth technical expertise
  • Handle multiple support issues simultaneously
  • Escalate issues to next-level support to minimize resolution times
  • Diagnose root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Troubleshoot SFTP and VPN connectivity issues with Foundation team support
  • Triage and escalate vendor-reported issues
  • Execute project-related tasks under supervision from initiative owners

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Four or more years’ experience troubleshooting application issues in healthcare
  • Competency in HL7 SIU and/or ADT, HIPAA X12 837, or CCDA
  • Experience using SQL and managing SFTP/VPN connectivity
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication with stakeholders, including upward reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Mirth interface engine
  • Experience in virtual healthcare support environments
