Overview:
Overseepos is looking to expand its sales force with a proactive Sales Executive experienced in POS solutions. The role focuses on driving new business across multiple emirates, working closely with retailers, restaurants and other merchants to introduce and implement our point-of-sale software.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target prospective customers within the assigned regions (Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah).
• Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers at stores, cafes, restaurants and retail outlets.
• Conduct product demonstrations, tailor proposals to client needs, and present clear value propositions.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle — from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Consistently achieve sales targets and provide accurate pipeline updates and forecasts.
• Liaise with implementation and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction.
• Collect market feedback to help inform product improvements and pricing strategies.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in POS software sales or a related B2B software/solutions role.
• Demonstrated ability to run the entire sales process and close deals.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence and access to a personal vehicle are strong advantages.
• Familiarity with the local markets in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah or Ras Al Khaimah is preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable working independently in the field.
