Description:
Stryker, a global leader in medical technologies and healthcare solutions, is hiring a Portfolio Administrator (Remote) to manage Flex Financial agreements within the United States. This role focuses on monitoring agreement performance, addressing escalations, ensuring accurate auditing and booking, and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and customers.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide financing solutions to customers, supporting broader access to Stryker products and healthcare innovations.
  • Collaborate with sales teams, functional groups, lending partners, and Great America (billing agent) to ensure smooth portfolio management.
  • Manage and sustain a healthy portfolio of agreements by:
  • Hosting monthly lender meetings with Great America.
  • Addressing escalated portfolio issues and conflicts.
  • Handling high volumes of customer and partner emails.
  • Investigating and resolving misapplied or incorrect payments.
  • Performing account reconciliations accurately.
  • Audit and book agreements for billing and collections, ensuring accuracy in documents, pricing, and booking files.
  • Partner with stakeholders to resolve delinquencies and past-due accounts.
  • Apply knowledge of the lease lifecycle to effectively manage agreements.

What You Need:

  • Required:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
    • Professional experience in accounting, reconciliation, finance, or similar roles.
  • Preferred:
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Oracle, Salesforce.com, SAP, or Model N.
    • Strong knowledge of general accounting principles.
    • Understanding of lease lifecycle management.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range: $58,700 – $106,200 (based on skills, experience, and location).
