Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Prepare and send quotations and purchase orders as required.
- Compile and organize submittals and other essential documentation.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and maintain records efficiently.
- Follow up on pending enquiries, quotations, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers to facilitate smooth communication.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Canva and PDF editing tools.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
