Description:

Bartawi Group is seeking a highly creative and strategic Personal Branding & PR Assistant to work closely with the Group CEO and Executive Management Team. This is a unique opportunity for a communications professional to play a key role in strengthening executive visibility, enhancing corporate reputation, and driving thought leadership initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing executive branding efforts, developing impactful content, coordinating media relations, and supporting public engagement strategies across digital and professional platforms. The role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and expertise in branding, public relations, and content development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and strengthen the CEO’s personal brand and professional public image

• Develop LinkedIn content, articles, speeches, executive communications, and interview materials

• Lead content creation initiatives, including photography, videography, and social media production

• Coordinate media appearances, PR opportunities, podcasts, speaking engagements, and industry events

• Create and manage content calendars and audience engagement strategies

• Monitor industry developments, media coverage, and audience engagement metrics

• Collaborate with internal marketing teams and external agencies on branding campaigns

• Ensure consistent messaging across all communication and marketing channels

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of UAE experience in Branding, Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or Social Media

• Arabic and English proficiency is mandatory, both written and spoken

• Strong expertise in LinkedIn management, executive branding, content strategy, and digital marketing

• Excellent copywriting, communication, and project management skills

• Experience within Construction, Real Estate, or Corporate Groups is an advantage

• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards

• Strong knowledge of:

• Content strategy, social media management, and digital marketing
