Overview
Taaeen is seeking a highly organized, proactive Personal Assistant to the COO to keep a fast-paced executive office running smoothly. You’ll bring structure to complex schedules, ensure priorities are met, and add a professional, human touch to every interaction—acting as the right hand to a busy senior leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Travel Management: Coordinate daily schedules, meetings, and travel itineraries with precision, including visa processing, accommodations, and logistics.
  • Gatekeeping & Prioritization: Act as a trusted point of contact; triage communications, manage follow-ups, and safeguard the COO’s time against competing demands.
  • Documentation & Presentations: Draft, proof, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations for decision-making; maintain organized digital files.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners, ensuring messages are accurate, timely, and action-oriented.
  • Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, capture actions and minutes, track deliverables, and follow through to closure.
  • Anticipatory Support: Proactively identify needs, surface risks early, and suggest improvements to workflows, tools, and processes for a more efficient office.

Schedule

  • Working Time: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
