Virtual Key is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO of their client’s organization in Dubai. The role requires a professional who can manage executive-level tasks efficiently and maintain seamless communication across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, meetings, and correspondence
- Handle multiple tasks effectively while prioritizing time-sensitive assignments
- Maintain excellent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Prepare reports, presentations, and manage email correspondence
- Ensure smooth office operations and assist with special projects as required
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
