Description:

Puffy is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support its CEO in a fully remote role. As one of the top mattress brands in the United States, the company is looking for a professional who can coordinate personal operations, manage high-level priorities, and ensure seamless execution across a wide range of lifestyle and executive support activities.

The successful candidate will serve as the CEO’s trusted operations partner, overseeing strategic sourcing, provider relationship management, travel and lifestyle coordination, and day-to-day personal operations. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership in a fast-paced, AI-first organization while building valuable professional experience and a global network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the CEO’s personal operations and daily priorities.

• Research, evaluate, and source high-quality service providers, products, and solutions.

• Build and maintain relationships with premium lifestyle, hospitality, wellness, automotive, and luxury service providers.

• Develop efficient systems and processes to ensure smooth execution of personal operations.

• Represent the CEO professionally in communications with external partners and vendors.

• Coordinate activities across multiple time zones while ensuring timely follow-ups and execution.

• Continuously improve workflows to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in concierge services, lifestyle management, hospitality, or executive/personal assistant roles.

• Strong research and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Experience building relationships with premium service providers.

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (G Suite) and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.

• Flexible availability for occasional evening or weekend coordination.

Strong knowledge of:

 • Google Workspace (G Suite)

 • Research and vendor sourcing

 • Time management and organizational systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Existing network of premium service providers.

• Experience with Asana or other project management platforms.

• Background in luxury hospitality, lifestyle management, or family office environments.
