Hiring Personal Assistant
Zen Film Productions is hiring we are currently looking for a personal assistant.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities which involve working closely and assisting this organization’s CEO. In this position, you should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications between the CEO and employee teams, and accompanying the CEO to work events, production shoots and more, as necessary.
Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments, manage all incoming and outgoing communications, schedule travel, planning events
Female, preferably from the Philippines, speaks intermediate to advanced level English, ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized, ability to travel to the workplace
