 About Us

Nexoro General Trading LLC is a fast-growing company engaged in the e-commerce and trading of plumbing, sanitary, and general building materials. We are looking for a dedicated and highly professional Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director in both business and administrative matters.

Key Responsibilities

Calendar & Schedule Management

  • Organize and maintain the MD’s appointments, meetings, and travel plans.

Communication Handling

  • Manage emails, phone calls, and messages on behalf of the MD with professionalism and confidentiality.

Meeting Coordination

  • Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on key action items.

Travel & Logistics Arrangements

  • Coordinate domestic and international business travel, hotel bookings, and event logistics.

Travel Accompaniment

  • Be available to travel with the MD, offering 24/7 professional support during trips as required.

Confidential Support

  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

Document Preparation

  • Draft letters, reports, presentations, and various business documents.

Liaison Role

  • Act as a key point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.

Office Administration Support

  • Assist with daily administrative functions including filing, expense reporting, and follow-ups.

Project Assistance

  • Help manage and track specific projects and business initiatives.
  • Task Prioritization & Follow-up
  • Ensure timely execution of high-priority tasks and effective deadline management.

Professional Presentation & Flexibility

  • Maintain a polished, professional appearance and be flexible with working hours, including availability outside standard business times.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant preferred
  • Excellent communication in English and Malayalam (Hindi not mandatory)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Willingness to travel and provide on-call support when needed
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business communication tools
