A fast-growing and data-driven organization in the UAE is seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to support the expansion and scaling of multiple brands across the region. This role focuses on delivering measurable growth through strategic digital advertising, customer acquisition initiatives, and continuous campaign optimization.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing multi-platform paid campaigns and will play a key role in improving acquisition metrics, enhancing brand reach, and maximizing return on ad spend. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with advertising platforms, and the ability to execute high-impact marketing strategies.
The role also involves working closely with CRM systems, audience segmentation tools, and cross-channel marketing strategies to ensure efficient customer targeting and long-term brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, manage, and optimize high-performance campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and retargeting platforms
• Continuously monitor and improve key performance metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and conversion rates
• Analyze campaign performance data and generate detailed reports to guide marketing decisions
• Execute targeted digital strategies including geo-focused campaigns, branch launch promotions, and customer acquisition drives
• Develop and implement traffic generation and loyalty-building campaigns to improve customer retention
• Coordinate CRM integrations and manage audience segmentation for more effective targeting
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign effectiveness and overall marketing performance
• Manage database growth initiatives and ensure optimized audience engagement across channels
• Support delivery-focused marketing campaigns and brand expansion initiatives
• Stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing, digital analytics, and paid media strategies
Candidate Requirements:
• Proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or paid media campaign management
• Strong expertise in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager
• Hands-on experience with campaign tracking, analytics tools, and optimization techniques
• Solid understanding of CRM systems, customer journey mapping, and retargeting strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on measurable business growth
• Experience working with F&B, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle brands will be considered an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and reporting skills with attention to detail
