Description:
We have a new opportunity open for a People Operations Executive to be based at the Head Office in the UAE. This role is designed for an experienced HR professional who can confidently manage end-to-end people operations while ensuring full compliance with UAE Labour Law, regulatory bodies, and internal people policies.
The successful candidate will oversee daily HR operational activities including payroll processing, employee data management, benefits administration, and statutory reporting. This position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate records, supporting employees, and delivering reliable people analytics to management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day HR operations such as onboarding, payroll processing, HRMS administration, and employee records
• Process monthly payroll accurately while ensuring compliance with WPS requirements
• Administer employee benefits, leave management, end-of-service benefits, and insurance matters
• Handle Emirati pension registrations and coordinate with the relevant Pensions Authority
• Maintain and update visa records, Emirates ID documentation, and work permits
• Support the employee HR helpdesk and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare statutory and regulatory HR reports including submissions to CBUAE and MoHRE
• Generate people analytics reports covering headcount, payroll, attendance, and related metrics
• Support performance appraisal processes and employee movement activities
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in HR operations
• Strong background in payroll management, HRMS usage, and compliance reporting
• Sound knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS processes, and CBUAE regulations
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
• High attention to detail with strong organisational skills and strict confidentiality
