Nexus Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented People Experience Manager to support employee experience operations across a globally distributed team. This role focuses on logistics coordination, vendor management, and ensuring internal initiatives are executed smoothly and consistently. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate employee gifting initiatives, including onboarding packages, milestone recognition, and team engagement items
  • Manage vendors, purchase orders, shipping logistics, and delivery timelines across multiple regions
  • Track budgets, inventory, and shipment status with accuracy
  • Maintain organized documentation of orders, vendors, and processes
  • Support predefined employee experience programs as assigned
  • Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth execution
  • Identify and proactively flag operational issues or delays

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
