Travel Retail Sales & Services LLC (TRSS), part of a leading retail group, is currently hiring a People Administrator to support its People & HR operations. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about people management, processes, and maintaining high standards of HR administration within a structured corporate environment.

The People Administrator will play a key role in managing employee records, onboarding processes, payroll support, and compliance-related activities. The position requires strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and prior UAE HR experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using the Yomly (TRSS HRIS system) and physical personnel files
  • Prepare onboarding documentation and coordinate with IT for new employee file setup
  • Arrange medical tests, bus cards, uniforms, and induction processes for new hires
  • Support the PRO team with visa residency and airport pass procedures
  • Assist Payroll Administration with time and attendance reconciliation
  • Maintain probation review trackers and employee confirmation records
  • Coordinate with stock operations for key events and employee gift arrangements
  • Prepare contract amendments related to promotions and changes in benefits
  • Manage exit clearance processes for departing employees
  • Verify and submit invoices for approval and payment related to SEHA and employee transportation
  • Ensure all people files are audit-ready at all times
  • Provide general administrative and ad-hoc support to the People Team as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of UAE-based HR experience
  • Qualification in HR or a related field
