The organization is currently hiring a detail-oriented and highly organized Payroll Specialist to support its expanding global payroll operations. This role reports directly to the Payroll Manager and plays a key part in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing for both US-based and international employees.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical payroll knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple payroll systems in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support semi-monthly, monthly, and off-cycle payroll processing for US and international employees

• Manage payroll execution using Workday and Papaya Global while ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Assist in coordinating global payroll operations across multiple entities and regions

• Maintain and update payroll data, ensuring all employee changes are correctly reflected

• Conduct payroll audits and reconciliations to verify gross-to-net accuracy and proper deductions

• Handle payroll-related queries including pay discrepancies, tax adjustments, and benefit deductions

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations as well as international payroll requirements

• Generate payroll reports from Workday, Papaya, and other systems for finance and audit purposes

• Partner with HR/People teams to ensure employee lifecycle changes are accurately processed

Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of payroll experience in US or global payroll environments

• Experience with Papaya Global or similar international payroll systems strongly preferred

• At least 1+ year of Workday Payroll experience is an advantage

• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs

• Ability to manage multiple payroll systems and adapt to different payroll regulations

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
