Description:
A leading organization is immediately hiring an experienced Payroll Specialist to join its team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This role is ideal for payroll professionals with extensive UAE experience and a strong background in managing payroll operations for large workforces across the Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, and blue-collar sectors.
The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end payroll processing while ensuring full compliance with UAE Labour Law and statutory regulations. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and hands-on experience with HRMS and payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a large workforce.
• Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, overtime, leave salary, and end-of-service benefits.
• Maintain compliance with UAE Labour Law, WPS, and statutory payroll regulations.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and resolve payroll-related discrepancies.
• Process payroll accurately using HRMS and payroll software.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to ensure timely payroll execution.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll records and employee information.
• Prepare payroll reports and support internal audits when required.
Requirements:
• Minimum 8–10 years of UAE payroll experience.
• Mandatory experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, and blue-collar industries.
• Proven experience handling payroll for a large-scale workforce.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS, overtime, leave salary, end-of-service benefits, and statutory payroll calculations.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS and payroll software.
• Excellent payroll calculation, reconciliation, and analytical skills.
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
