Payroll Reporting Specialist
IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients, and health & biosciences, is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Reporting Specialist to join our Global HR Operations team. This role is fully remote and based in Hazlet, NJ, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to a collaborative and solution-focused team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and deliver payroll reports for management, audits, and internal departments.
· Analyze payroll data to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.
· Conduct internal audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with payroll regulations.
· Manage and maintain ADP Workforce Now (WFN) payroll system and its integration with HR and benefits platforms.
· Support employee inquiries and assist processors in resolving payroll issues.
· Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure accurate employee records and data flow.
· Provide ad hoc reporting and support for internal and external stakeholders.
· Assist with 401(k) administration, including audits, loan monitoring, and funding reports.
· Ensure compliance with SOX and other regulatory reporting requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations and record-keeping.
· Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and familiarity with benefits systems.
· Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll-related tax and benefit regulations.
· Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data.
· Experience supporting audits and regulatory reporting.
· Comfortable working cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and external auditors.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with SOX compliance and reporting.
· Proven track record of process improvement in payroll operations.
· Familiarity with 401(k) administration and audit support.
