Description:
Euro Gulf Techno Services LLC is currently hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join its growing team. The company is seeking candidates with prior UAE payroll exposure; however, applicants currently residing in their home country who are available to join immediately are also encouraged to apply.
The Payroll Officer will be responsible for handling end-to-end payroll operations while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing monthly payroll with accuracy and within deadlines
- Calculating salaries, overtime, allowances, and statutory deductions
- Maintaining confidential payroll records and supporting documentation
- Responding to employee inquiries related to salaries, deductions, and leave balances
- Coordinating with the HR team on attendance, leave, and disciplinary adjustments
- Preparing payroll reports for HR and Finance to ensure timely salary disbursement
- Ensuring payroll compliance with UAE Labor Law and internal policies
- Managing monthly salary payments through the Wage Protection System (WPS)
- Aligning leave records with payroll for correct deductions or payouts
- Working closely with HR to verify biometric and timesheet attendance data
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field and have strong working knowledge of payroll systems. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/ERP systems is required, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.
