Description:
We are currently hiring an experienced and skilled Payroll Officer to join our team. This opportunity is open to candidates with UAE payroll experience, including professionals who are currently in their home country and available for immediate joining. The role is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail and hands-on payroll expertise within the construction industry.

The Payroll Officer will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with UAE labor regulations. You will work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure timely salary disbursement and proper handling of employee payroll records.

Job Responsibilities:
• Process monthly payroll accurately, including salaries, overtime, and deductions
• Maintain confidential payroll records and employee documentation
• Address employee inquiries related to salaries, deductions, and leave balances
• Coordinate with HR regarding attendance, leave records, and disciplinary adjustments
• Prepare payroll reports for HR and Finance to ensure timely salary disbursement
• Ensure payroll processes comply with UAE Labor Law and internal company policies
• Manage timely payroll disbursement through the Wage Protection System (WPS)
• Align leave records with payroll for accurate deductions or payouts
• Work closely with HR to validate biometric and timesheet attendance data

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting or Commerce
• Minimum 2 years of UAE/GCC payroll processing experience in the construction sector
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/ERP systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Sound knowledge of UAE Labor Law
