Description:
Infios is seeking a skilled Payroll Analyst to join its team and manage payroll operations for employees in Brazil and Chile. This role is ideal for professionals who are detail-oriented, knowledgeable in local labor laws, and capable of handling complex payroll processes while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full internal payroll process, including inputs, review, and payments
- Ensure accurate calculation of charges such as INSS, FGTS, IRRF, and other obligations
- Monitor and deliver accessory obligations (DET, DIRBI, CPRB, CRF, Sistemas S, etc.)
- Master and comply with e-Social obligations, including deadlines and quality checks
- Track employee attendance and manage differentiated work regimes (overtime, on-call, etc.)
- Conduct systematic employee admission processes and contract amendments
- Verify time clocks and attendance for employees in Brazil and Chile
- Calculate vacations, terminations, and other payroll adjustments
- Collaborate with ADP for payroll management and external reporting
- Schedule and manage admission, dismissal, and periodic examinations
- Generate payroll accounts, accounting provisions, and labor-related documentation
- Manage benefits distribution and apportionment by area/class
- Provide labor routine information and monthly data analysis reports
Required Skills and Experience:
- Solid experience in payroll processing for Brazil and Chile, including labor and tax legislation knowledge
- Experience with overtime, on-call shifts, and variable compensation
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to collaborate with P&C, Finance, and external partners to resolve issues
- Good communication skills and proactive mindset
- Experience with e-Social, accounting, and annual reconciliations
- Desirable knowledge of Power BI, ADP tool, and Workday software
- Advanced English proficiency is a plus
