A growing organization in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Accountant to join its finance and HR team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong payroll processing experience and a solid understanding of employee compensation, compliance, and payroll administration.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete payroll cycle for outsourced employees and contractors deployed across various client locations within the UAE. Accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work with large volumes of payroll data are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end payroll process for outsourced staff and contractors.

• Maintain payroll records and employee compensation data with a high level of accuracy.
• Coordinate with HR and operations teams regarding employee attendance, leave records, and payroll updates.
• Verify payroll information and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare payroll-related reports and support finance reconciliation activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant UAE payroll regulations.
• Assist with payroll audits and documentation requirements when necessary.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in payroll accounting or payroll administration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Good understanding of payroll procedures, financial records, and reporting processes.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.

• Arab Nationals only.
