Description:
Katrina Factory FZE is seeking a skilled Payroll Accountant to manage and execute payroll operations efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in UAE Labour Law and WPS compliance, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure timely payroll processing. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and process monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
• Maintain accurate payroll records including salary, overtime, deductions, benefits, bonuses, and leave balances.
• Validate payroll inputs from HR systems and coordinate with HR to review and approve final payroll reports.
• Handle payroll-related documentation for new joiners, leavers, and contract changes, including promotions, transfers, and pay reviews.
• Respond to employee payroll queries promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, including gratuity, end-of-service, and leave encashment calculations.
• Collaborate with internal departments (HR, Finance) and external vendors (insurance, benefits providers) as needed.
• Prepare payroll-related reports for internal and external audits.
• Assist in HRIS data audits and support continuous improvement and automation of payroll processes.

Requirements:
• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and payroll regulations.
• Hands-on experience with payroll systems and HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or UAE local payroll software).
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity in handling confidential information.
• Good analytical skills for reconciling payroll reports and resolving discrepancies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
• Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-service mindset
