Description:
Medallion, a fast-growing healthcare technology company, is seeking a detail-oriented Payer Enrollment Specialist to join its team remotely in the United States. This role is key to ensuring that health plan enrollment requests for Medallion’s clients are handled promptly, accurately, and in compliance with service standards. You will work closely with external vendors and internal teams to manage enrollments, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full lifecycle of health plan enrollments, from initiating applications to communicating approval statuses to clients
• Serve as a key liaison with vendor partners and step in to personally handle escalated or complex enrollment cases when required
• Monitor in-progress enrollments by consistently following up through phone, email, or portal systems and keeping internal records updated
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payer-specific requirements including forms, documentation standards, and compliance guidelines
• Keep provider profiles complete with essential documents like DEA certificates, CVs, onboarding materials, and correspondence
• Build strong working relationships with payer contacts to streamline future submissions and reduce processing timelines
• Track enrollment deadlines and revalidation processes to ensure continuous provider participation
• Investigate and resolve enrollment issues, delays, or rejections through proactive communication with stakeholders
• Stay informed on current payer policies, relevant regulations, and healthcare industry best practices
• Regularly provide clients with detailed status updates on enrollment progress
• Perform other related tasks as assigned to support enrollment operations

Skills and Requirements:
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in payer enrollment processes
• Proficient in Google Suite tools including GSheets, GDocs, and Gmail
• Excellent attention to detail for compiling accurate and complete enrollment packages
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with internal teams and external partners
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to foster productive working relationships across departments
