Description:
Natera, a global leader in cell-free DNA (cfDNA) testing for oncology, women’s health, and organ health, is seeking a Patient Coordinator to join its growing team in the United States. This role is central to ensuring exceptional patient experiences and driving the success of the company’s oncology product lines. The position involves managing relationships with patients, supporting operations, and ensuring seamless testing and coordination throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Field Sales team and internal departments to support existing customers.
  • Evaluate patient needs and ensure smooth coordination of logistics and problem-solving.
  • Maintain high-quality service and long-term relationships with patients.
  • Respond promptly to data and analysis requests from various teams.
  • Manage and update internal systems, including QlikView and Salesforce.
  • Develop and nurture strong patient relationships to support ongoing testing and engagement.
  • Handle Protected Health Information (PHI) responsibly, adhering to HIPAA and company data privacy standards.
  • Complete required compliance and security training within the first 30 days of hire.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a Call Center role (both inbound and outbound).
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing functions.
  • Educational background in Medical or Biological Sciences preferred.
  • Excellent oral communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Strategic thinking with a strong ability to execute and deliver results.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and analytical tools.
  • Self-driven professional with a collaborative and team-oriented attitude.
