Key Responsibilities:
• Handle patient appointments and inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email in a timely and professional manner
• Welcome and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience
• Coordinate effectively with medical and clinical teams to ensure efficient patient flow
• Maintain accurate patient records while strictly ensuring confidentiality
• Support clinic services and contribute to improving overall patient satisfaction and engagement
Requirements:
• Female candidate with Arabic speaking ability is required
