7Seventy Recruiting is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Account Specialist to support Medicaid redetermination efforts. This role involves working directly with pregnant and postpartum Medicaid recipients, providing guidance and support to ensure they successfully complete the redetermination process.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Outreach & Redetermination Support:
- Initiate outbound calls to individuals eligible for Medicaid redetermination and clearly communicate the purpose of each call.
- Guide recipients step by step through the Medicaid redetermination process, answering questions and providing clear instructions.
- Educate recipients on required documentation and assist them in gathering and submitting necessary paperwork.
- Identify concerns or issues, resolve them when possible, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams as needed.
Data Management, Compliance & Documentation:
- Collect accurate information during phone interactions and verify details against existing records to ensure data integrity.
- Adhere to Medicaid regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure full compliance throughout the redetermination process.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions and update documentation related to redetermination status.
This position is ideal for professionals who are detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and are comfortable providing remote support to individuals navigating sensitive healthcare processes.
