What To Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Manage the patient insurance authorization and medical documentation process for requested services
• Resolve inquiries from patients, medical offices, and insurance companies regarding medical necessity and provider participation
• Verify monthly patient eligibility for continued services
• Lead the Patient Access team to meet performance metrics and goals
• Conduct training sessions and one-on-one meetings with team members

What Is Required (Qualifications):
• Associate’s Degree in Healthcare, Medical Office, Management, or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare, medical office, or customer service
• 1-2 years of leadership experience preferred
• Knowledge of insurance treatment authorization and/or precertification preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
