Sharjah International Private School is currently looking to appoint a professional and committed Parent Relations Officer (Arabic Secretary) to support effective communication between the school, parents, and internal departments. This role is well-suited for an individual with strong language skills, a professional approach, and the ability to manage administrative responsibilities in a school environment.

The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for parents, ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently while maintaining a high standard of confidentiality and professionalism. The position requires excellent coordination skills and the ability to work comfortably in both Arabic and English.

Key Requirements:

  • Native or fluent Arabic speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Very good command of English, both spoken and written
  • Previous experience in a school setting or in an administrative/secretarial role is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to interact effectively with parents and staff
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general administrative duties
