The Paraplanner will work closely with the Lead Advisor and advisory team to develop financial plans, conduct research, and support client service operations. This role is essential in ensuring accurate financial planning, maintaining client relationships, and improving overall service efficiency within the advisory practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation and development of comprehensive financial plans.
• Enter and manage data within financial planning software.
• Conduct investment research and analysis to support advisor recommendations.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and planning materials for clients.
• Maintain accurate and updated client records across CRM systems.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding accounts, investments, and financial services.
• Support advisors in resolving client service needs efficiently.
• Ensure compliance by maintaining complete and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and service delivery.
• Strengthen client relationships through timely and professional communication.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
• 5–10 years of experience in financial services (preferred).
• CFP certification required.
• Must hold Securities registration (Series 7 & 66 or 7 & 63/65).
• Must be insurance licensed and appointed.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of financial planning tools and processes.
