We’re Hiring: Paralegal
We are seeking a meticulous and bilingual Paralegal to join our legal team and provide hands-on support to the Group General Counsel. This full-time role is ideal for a candidate who is comfortable working across multiple group entities, handling documentation in both Arabic and English, and ensuring that the company’s legal affairs run smoothly and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review contracts and legal documents in both Arabic and English, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations, particularly labour-related legislation.
- Organize and maintain legal files and documentation to support efficient case and contract management.
- Assist with legal research and prepare correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide legal support across the group’s entities, coordinating with business units and external counsel as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.
- Solid knowledge of UAE Labour Law and corporate legal frameworks.
- Fluent in Arabic and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple legal tasks with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with company structures and corporate compliance is preferred.
