Description:
We are a well-established uniform manufacturing company looking to hire a skilled Outdoor Salesman to drive business growth and maintain strong client relationships across the UAE.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, visiting clients, promoting our uniform products and services, and ensuring smooth follow-up on orders and payments. You will also coordinate with the production and office teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new customers including schools, companies, hospitals, and industries
• Conduct regular client visits to promote uniform products and services
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow up on orders and payments
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Collaborate with production and office teams to ensure timely delivery and service
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an outdoor salesman, preferably in the uniform or garment industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Valid UAE driving license
• Strong knowledge of the local market and client base
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in generating sales
