Based in Dubai, the company is entering a new growth phase with ambitious plans to significantly expand revenue within the next 12 months. Role Objective:
The Outdoor Field Sales Representative will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and expanding revenue from existing clients by promoting the company’s complete range of branding and corporate gifting solutions across the UAE market. This role requires active field engagement, client visits, deal closures, and long-term relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new corporate clients through field visits, networking, and direct outreach
  • Conduct a minimum of 3–5 client visits per day and maintain accurate visit and activity reports
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to proposal submission and deal closure
  • Upsell and cross-sell corporate gifts, uniforms, signage, printing, and branding solutions
  • Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business
  • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining a strong sales pipeline in CRM
  • Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction

Candidate Profile:

  • valid UAE driving license is preferred
  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in corporate gifts, printing, signage, or related industries
  • Strong skills in client engagement, relationship building, and business development
  • Proven sales, negotiation, and closing abilities with a results-focused mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and internal coordination
  • Experience in market research, trend analysis, and sales reporting
  • Fluency in English; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage
  • Prior experience in advertising, corporate gifting, or related sectors is preferred
  • Highly motivated, disciplined, and performance-driven with a proactive attitude
