Description:
ProSource Wholesale, a leading private wholesale company specializing in flooring, plumbing, kitchen, and bath products for the trade industry, is seeking an Outbound Call Specialist to join their remote team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with experience in cold calling and lead generation who can engage trade professionals, prospect new clients, and contribute to overall sales growth.

The Outbound Call Specialist will play a pivotal role in re-engaging clients who have fallen out of their purchase cycle, introducing new trade professionals to ProSource, and supporting the sales team with quality leads. This position is fully remote, providing a dynamic and flexible work environment. A laptop will be provided for the role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate directly with trade professionals, targeting specific buying demographics via phone calls
• Ask insightful questions to understand customer needs and facilitate conversions to the sales team
• Gather and analyze feedback and call campaign results to support marketing and sales strategies
• Maintain and update spreadsheets, reports, databases, and KPIs as required
• Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth department operations
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager

Requirements:
• Proven experience in outbound calling and lead generation, capable of handling 150+ calls per day
• Availability to work 8 AM – 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday
• Ability to learn product information and effectively communicate services to prospects
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines and weekly targets
• Proficiency in MS Office and online applications such as CRM tools, Constant Contact, RingCentral
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and alignment with company core values
