About The Role:We’re searching for an experienced Organic Social Media Manager to lead our organic social efforts and oversee the social media team. This is a strategic, hands-on role where you’ll develop and execute organic content plans, manage day-to-day channel operations, and drive audience growth using both creative tactics and modern tools (including AI). You’ll be responsible for scaling engagement, building influencer partnerships, and shaping the brand voice across platforms.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of organic social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others).
- Create and implement organic social strategies that increase engagement, reach, and brand affinity — exploring AI and new tools to improve efficiency and expand reach.
- Schedule and publish content using social management platforms (e.g., Sprout Social), and maintain a robust content calendar.
- Build and execute an influencer program — discover talent, evaluate fit, and manage outreach and partnerships.
- Lead creative brainstorming and research to generate fresh, platform-native content ideas aligned with brand voice and audience trends.
- Monitor, engage and grow community interactions by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
- Track, analyze and report organic social performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to refine strategy.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (creative, paid media, legal, client services) to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment.
- Maintain brand consistency by enforcing style guides and tone-of-voice standards across all organic content.
- Conduct competitive and trend analyses to surface new opportunities for viral content and audience expansion.
- Stay current with platform updates, best practices and emerging trends to keep TDL at the forefront of organic social innovation.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in social media marketing, community management, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of major social platforms and organic growth tactics.
- Proficiency with social scheduling and analytics tools; comfortable leveraging AI tools and new tech to scale output.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; strong editorial judgment and a creative mindset.
- An eye for visual storytelling and familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead or coordinate a small team and work effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
