The organization is currently hiring an experienced Organic Search Manager to lead its SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategy. This role focuses on improving organic search visibility while ensuring the brand becomes a trusted authority across search engines and emerging AI-powered platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a full-funnel keyword strategy targeting high-intent, head-term, and question-based search queries

• Monitor keyword rankings and implement on-page SEO improvements to achieve top search positions

• Analyze competitor SEO strategies to identify gaps and recover lost market share

• Design and execute GEO strategies to ensure brand visibility within AI-generated answers and LLM-based search systems

• Optimize website architecture and content to align with generative search and AI-driven discovery

• Use AI personas to simulate user journeys and refine how content is interpreted by AI models

• Manage technical SEO elements including site structure, 404/redirect mapping, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals

• Implement advanced schema markup to improve indexing and AI crawler understanding

• Collaborate with content teams to develop SEO-optimized, high-performing digital content

• Optimize page elements including titles, meta descriptions, headers (H1–H4), and internal linking structures

• Track performance using tools such as Conductor, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console (GSC), and emerging AI SEO platforms

• Prepare monthly executive reports covering share of voice (SOV), conversion trends, and organic ROI

• Act as a key liaison between Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to integrate SEO/GEO best practices across all digital initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 5+ years of experience in organic search strategy and SEO management

• Strong background in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or IT security

• Experience working with Salesforce and Google Analytics

• Deep understanding of SEO and GEO strategy implementation

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

• Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities

• Experience in inbound marketing and full-funnel digital strategy
