Description:
Zayo Group is seeking an experienced Order Processing Specialist to join our multi-functional team. This role focuses on delivering a seamless customer experience while supporting the Sales organization through accurate creation and management of inquiries and Service Orders. You will handle move, add, change, reprice, and billing account change orders while maintaining account data integrity within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Salesforce.com.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize customer satisfaction by efficiently creating all types of orders
  • Review sales orders for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to pricing and auditing requirements
  • Ensure special pricing, promotions, and discounts are correctly applied
  • Manage opportunity and order administration, including creation, processing, project management, and troubleshooting
  • Maintain accurate and timely order submissions in Dynamics 365
  • Validate order forms and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
  • Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Pricing teams to prepare client-facing quotes
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure CRM data integrity
  • Collaborate with Reporting and Analytics teams to ensure accurate revenue and churn reporting
  • Resolve account-related issues and provide real-time support to Sales and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date on Zayo’s products, services, and order processing procedures
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and enhanced efficiency
  • Participate in departmental projects and assist in IT system development initiatives
  • Maintain urgency and responsiveness to inquiries within Service Level Agreements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of Customer Service or Sales Support experience
  • Minimum 2 years in the Telecom industry
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database management
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and resolve order conflicts
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction with clients and internal teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
  • Flexible, adaptable, and capable of working independently or in a team environment
