Crossing Hurdles is seeking skilled professionals to join as Order Processing Specialists to support AI model training for our partner working with leading AI research labs. This role involves designing realistic order processing scenarios and reviewing AI-generated responses to ensure accuracy and professional standards. The position is fully remote, asynchronous, and provides flexibility in weekly hours.
Key Responsibilities (Training provided):
- Create tasks and scenarios reflecting real-world order processing within wholesale trade based on professional experience
- Develop realistic situations involving order entry, inventory verification, pricing calculations, and customer communication
- Simulate scenarios managing order modifications, processing invoices, coordinating with warehouse teams, and resolving order-related issues
- Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and adherence to professional standards
- Provide detailed feedback on order processing scenarios to improve AI training outcomes
Ideal Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in order processing within wholesale trade
- Proven order management skills, including supervisory responsibilities
- Proficiency in computers and order management software systems
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to grammar and spelling
- Ability to complete video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz
