Overview:
Lewallen Architecture LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Order Processing Specialist to support project delivery from a remote workstation. You’ll play a key role converting design documentation into timely and accurate purchase orders, tracking order fulfillment, and keeping project teams informed so that materials arrive on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
• Compile and enter purchase order details (descriptions, quantities, specs, delivery schedules) into procurement systems.
• Verify order accuracy against project documents and coordinate with project leads to resolve discrepancies.
• Track order status, follow up with suppliers, and update project teams on fulfillment progress.
• Maintain organized records of orders, confirmations and invoices for audits and easy retrieval.
• Generate and distribute regular order-status reports to design and operations stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and internal staff across remote and onsite channels.
• Suggest process improvements to streamline procurement flow and improve ordering accuracy in a remote environment.
• Ensure confidentiality and data security while handling sensitive project and supplier information.

Requirements:
• High school diploma required; additional training in business, administration, or architecture-related fields is a plus.
• Prior experience in order processing, procurement support, or administrative roles; remote work experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and accurate data-entry skills.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and document systems; quick to learn new procurement tools.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication—especially important in a remote setup.
• Self-motivated, able to manage time effectively, and reliable when working independently.
