Description:
GoEngineer is seeking an organized and detail-focused Order Management Associate to support its sales and operations teams. This role is responsible for processing customer orders, maintaining accurate order records, verifying information, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers, sales teams, and internal departments.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment. Candidates with experience using CRM or ERP systems, strong communication skills, and a commitment to accuracy are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and process sales orders and purchase orders across multiple CRM applications.
• Verify order details to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Calculate and apply custom discounts based on order requirements.
• Update and maintain customer order information and records.
• Provide operational support to the sales team.
• Respond to customer and internal phone inquiries when required.
• Ensure order processing tasks are completed accurately and within required timelines.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities, including paid overtime when needed.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in order processing, administrative support, or a similar role is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working with CRM or ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work with a sense of urgency.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability and willingness to work standard Monday–Friday business hours with overtime during peak periods when required.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Order management and administrative processes.
• CRM/ERP systems and customer data management.
